Simple life

Life is so simple. Why do we insist on making it complicated?

I see people get haunted by dozen kinds of diet and exercise to lose weight. Why don’t we eat less than what the body consumes, keep self-moving instead of jumping on a machine, and take every chance in a day to stay active?

I see people complain about money to pay tons of daily bills. Why don’t we spend less than what we earn, minimize the material demands by leading a modest life, and bear in mind that quality is more important than quantity?

I see people complain about relations and societies. Why don’t we treat others the way we want to be treated, give more love and less hate, and move on from no-longer-healthy relationships?

Life is so simple. We just have one life and there’s nothing to do but keep it happy in every present moment.
